Cobalt Capital Announces Investment in Pyrotek Special Effects Inc.

 Oakville, Ontario, June 23, 2010 – Cobalt Capital Partners, L.P. today announced the completion of an investment in Pyrotek Special Effects Inc. (“Pyrotek”), the live entertainment industry’s leading provider of special effects designs, equipment and services.
